My clients are adults, adolescents, and families who recognize that life can be better. Some have small challenges, and just need a bit of coaching through a life transition. Others have larger difficulties, and need more intensive counseling.

Still others may not even be able to identify exactly what the issue is, but they just know they need change.

Regardless of the needs, my clients are people who understand that they need some changes in order to be free to move forward and accomplish what they want in life.

It is not unusual for people to be uncertain or even fearful about coming to counseling. However, they are willing to come to a place where they can feel safe in expressing their wants, needs and hopes.
